 Yes. Wremlex Health Care Services is always available and on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays, to answer questions or concerns. 

Yes, we offer 24/7 home health care services to ensure that our patients/ individuals receive the care they need, whenever they need it.

 In addition to mandated training, our staff also receive training in the areas of agency-specific individual behavior support, and individual-specific orientation and training. 

  A Shared Planning meeting may be called, in order to share information and develop another plan to support the individual given his/her new support needs. Staff will then be trained depending on changes made to the plan.

  Yes, we are licensed by Virginia Department of Health (VDH), and Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).

 Our Registered Nurses (RN’s) perform an assessment on all clients. This assessment translates into an individualized and detailed Plan of Care for the client in which the caregiver follows.  

 Yes, we set up meet and greet with caregivers/ DSP to help you select your perfect match. You can also request for a particular DSP/ caregiver. If you already have someone, that person can apply and be trained by us to care for you.
